Edit: But maybe it could be AI? It’s kind of grainy. The feet look a little off. Also the shadows are not consistent: look at the shadow of her left arm compared to other shadows. And the guy’s left leg just above his knee looks like it is foreskin 😂
Your right, staring at it there are a lot of weird artifacts.
Yeah, dude has 6 toes on the left foot and two of them are big toes.
I think his two left toes are stacked on top of one another
