I can't blame you for that. I really feel like he enjoys helping out with NXT though. Maybe he will stay on as a trainer or something when he is done in the ring

He's stated his intent already actually: he wants to run NXT after Shawn retires. Given that could be within 5-10y here on the outside, he'll be in there soon.
