China needs to start their own Linux distro.
They have done that already. It's called Kylin.

Unfortunately, Linux isn't very popular among gamers in China. Im not sure if this true, but i was reading comments on random Chinese forum(or BiliBili? dont remember exactly) some were saying that rarely anyone wants to use Linux on their hardware or when they buy PCs/laptops that come pre-installed with Linux that people usually just go to PC shop to install Windows on their hardware
Deepin is pretty popular
