What the heck does this mean?
Now to explain this, i haven't installed an app in a while now. And recently, this showed up.
This really concerns me if i am being recorded or something. I know this isn't the right subreddit to ask, but what should i do?

EDIT: I would report it to Apple as bug. Who knows if it's part of iOS or an app- the only way you could tell is if you start uninstalling your apps.
The part where it says "Unknown" is usually where the name of the app is:

Well, i do not have an app named "Unknown". I am really concerned if something was sideloaded without me knowing.
I edited my original post, see if what I wrote makes a bit more sense.
