I hate this so much. Even if I have the time and money to escape this dump it's spread so far I'd have to go live in North Korea to actually escape it, entirely defeating the purpose.
Even though they have spread across Europe, I think most countries still have dramatically less of these chain restaurants than in the US
At least for Norway, they are quite spread out except for McD which is everywhere.
I’d agree for most places I’ve been to in Europe. Few American chains outside cities
