Best handheld to play Minecraft?

I’ve been playing Minecraft on my iPhone and am considering a handheld to play more comfortably. Any recommendations?

Have you considered a Bluetooth controller like the Gamesir G8 Plus?
- The iPhone, if recent, is way more powerful than any of those other options. On Switch, the viewing distance is very short and it’s slow to generate chunks.
