  • No, actual warcrimes should be prosecuted, but ICJ just doesn't most of the time, and has no teeth. USA doesn't even acknowledge ICJ...

    • The israeli settlements are illegal and what IDF soldiers do to palestinians in Gaza are documented war crimes.

      • Nope.

You could argue that the settlements are illegal, on the other hand niter side acknowledged the existence of the other side, so besides what the clownshow UN makes up there is no actual grounds about this.

The "warcrimes" have to be investigated individually and prosecuted, but warcrimes happen in every war, there is a big difference between systematic and individual committings, for example, Ukraine did technically commit warcrimes by fighting the Russian invasion from inside cities and living areas, however this was not intentional to use human shields and very much to defend the citizens from a active invasion targeting civilians above all military targets, on the other hand, Russia quite literally works towards a genocide, just like hamas does when not hiding in tunnels under partially protected grounds.

        • You could argue that the settlements are illegal

What is it, then? "illegal", or "nope"?

on the other hand niter side acknowledged the existence of the other side

Straight up whataboutism. Also: not true. Palestinians sure as fuck acknowledge that the Israel state exists.

so besides what the clownshow UN makes up there is no actual grounds about this.

You do realize that the ICJ and the UN are different things, right? Also: what are you talking about?

Russia quite literally works towards a genocide, just like hamas does when not hiding in tunnels under partially protected grounds.

So digging tunnels to smuggle food withheld by Israel is "genocidal", but bombing humanitarian safe zones isn't? /s

          • ICJ is part of UN

The Palestinians (as in the civilian population) hve a majority support for hamas that wants to kill all the jews in the world, and don't acknowledge Israel as a state.

Whataboutism does not mean you cant make analogies for easier understanding. But screaming Whataboutism about something like that is typical for the terrorism supporters. Also it is absolutely not Whataboutism in this case, when your neighbor and you are having a dispute over your garden wall you either don't acknowledge the "right" of the other party. In this scale you ask the government to give you the property plan to solve the dispute, but thats just not possible on larger scale.

The tunnels where mostly used for weapons. The food didn't reach the civilians. Furthermore gaza has a border with Egypt that could supply food as well... But "the evil jews" ain't it...

Oh and yes it is genocidal plotting to transport weapons around tunnels under civilian areas. You also claim that Israel is targeting civilians again, wich leads to the conclusion of antisemitism, again. Or you are just incapable of holding propaganda apart from real news.
