Body armor, jeep, night vision goggles and silenced hand gun.
Each of those are the hardest to obtain of the options except the jeep.
Start with the jeep and put on body armor. If it's night travel with lights off and use night vision goggles.
Everything else is stuff you can find later easily with a few unimportant exceptions.
Yep. With those I can survive long enough to easily get the rest.
