Well I guess they haven't used nuclear attacks yet ( yes I am using that wording because I doubt their nukes work)
Even if they have one fail it can do a large amount of damage.

It's not any real amount of damage. You are wincing at a fight cos somebody might get your shoe a bit dirty. Then you wonder why russia and china salami slice you. It's because you are a wimp.
