Also I think they forget the lettuce.
Not on cheeseburgers. At least not at McDonald's in Germany.

I admit that I don't eat cheeseburgers, prefer hamburgers, but the ones I checked (in n out, jack in the box, Wendy's) do seem to have lettuce.
