Anyone going to Armageddon today?
Not I! Auckland, right? I think our demographics include an unusually small number of Aucklanders compared to the general population, for some unknown reason.
You mean on Lemmy? If so, that's a bit surprising
In the early days, I think there was a post on r/Wellington that got us a bunch of users, but no equivalent traction from r/Auckland. There are definitely Aucklanders here, but I think the balance is a bit off because of that early rush.
To be fair with such a small sample size, I guess a perfectly proportionate representation of NZ (besides push/pull factors for lemmy) can't be expected.
I completely forgot that Armageddon is happening right now...
