What anime is that so I can argue that it's trash
Looks like Rika from Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni. Not quite sure about the armour though.

I think the face is Rika's design from the Higurashi visual movel. Tho I haven't watched it, so idk whether there's a scene in it where she wears an armor for some reason or (more likely) it was edited on anither image.
Haven't watched it either, but obviously she is just ugly /s
Her eyes are over 50% of her face. Damn animu artists have never seen a human face before!
