I dunno why he hasn't returned to Russia. His family moved to Canada to flee Russia, and he's extremely rich, yet refuses to go back?
Never made sense to me moving to a country that lifts you out of poverty, and then you live in said country while saying how bad it is and how good your old poverty was.
