Lando Norris has insisted that he believes he remains the best driver in F1 "at the minute", despite losing the points lead to McLaren team-mate Oscar Piastri.

  Such a frustrating sequence. Driving desperate vs driving smart. Lando seems to exist in a state of semi-panic a lot.
  
  Norris doesn't have the mentality to fight for the championship. He's good when the stakes are low but the higher the stakes get the more he starts to make mistakes. He simply gets stuck in his own head.
