The US regime rag claiming Russia says something has as much value as what you said. None.
They give 1 source from november 2021. And even then no link to what Peskov actually said or under what circumstances. And conditions can change, especially since the Banderites dramatically escalated their attacks and ceasefire violations breaking the Minsk accords.
The US proxy did everything to provoke Russia.
Unlike your claims these are facts. Even the western biased OCSE had to confirm it.

The hostilities had massively increased showing the Banderites were ready to do an offensive to finally genocide the ethnic Russians which their PM called SUBHUMANS in true nazi style.

Regarding OSCE, I looked it up a bit to understand what it actually was, and besides the fact that the ceasefire has been broken for years (since Russia took the region without Ukraine's will, and the reason the "ethnic Russians were genocided" was because Russia wouldn't stay put in 2014), OSCE themselves condemned the Russian invasion.
And lastly, nobody denies all those 1/1000 nazis in Ukraine, there are facsists everywhere. Russia itself is halfway to being a facist state by the Wikipedia definition, if it isn't already. I say we genocide them, actually. (That's not what I think, but it's how you sound right now.)

Obviously there was no ceasefire broken sice there was no Minsk accord yet.
And OC the biased EU OSCE and a Polish minister would comdemn the Russian intervention.
