BG3 seems to be pretty good at letting you have whatever genitals and body shape you want, but doesn't let you have an outfit that renders as a dress or skirt until act 3 of 3*
So you're forced to wear trousers for almost the whole game

eh hard do-not-recommend on wearing chain of any kind without other layers. that shit'll rip your pubes right out.
