  IIRC Cardassians are fungivores. I. E. they only eat mushrooms/ fungi. Not sure if that would qualify as Vegan though since those aren't "plants."
  
  Wait, really? I don't remember anything about Cardassian cuisine from DS9.
  
  It was mentioned in a book, but I may be confusing the Cardassians and another race
