There isn't anything misandrist here, that incel just took it personally and would rather criticize the meme instead of self reflect.
I guess it could be read as there are no regularly showering non-incel men, just women, which would not be fair.
Eh, I guess it could but it'd be a bit of a reach. The 2nd meme has no labels, and I just read it as being something like the 4B movement – many women just don't want to date guys anymore
