I don't think you understand what the vice president does.
Right. Even if she were President, there isnāt a single change that she could make that couldnāt be immediately undone by Trump and a Republican Congress in January.
Try un-eating a cake, or undoing corporal punishment. My point is, not all things are reversible.
Now I imagined Harris spanking Trump while stuffing her face with cake, so thanks for the visual I guess.
Biden could pardon prisoners or charged individuals without Trumpās say. He could also provide additional funding to Ukraine and Taiwan. I canāt think of any other action by a Presidential Executive Order or Congressional legislation that canāt be changed by another President or Congress.
Military actions, release of information, establishing precedent of executive power etc.
These are just some categories, there are many fundamentally irreversible actions.
Release of information is a good one that I missed.
Military actions are immediately reversible by the Commander-In-Chief, and the President doesnāt define or control the executive power held by the office. Thatās determined by SCOTUSās interpretation of the Constitution.
Do we have the tech to revive people or unbomb something? I believe military actions are very hard to reverse if we are talking beyond the administrative.
I misunderstood. I thought you meant munitions support or troop deployment.
Or how Congress works.
Well, she makes it ok to elect a child rapist. Oh wait, my mistake, that was the electorate. Yes the electorate, everyone who didnāt vote for Kamala, just rewarded a child rapist.
Again.
