I can always tell when I'm gaining weight because my knees will start hurting.
67 0 ReplyNot just weight. It’s lack of exercise. I’m 41 and my knees and back are fine even after a stint in the army. Gotta keep using those muscles and joints if you want to use them when you’re older.

It is insane how degraded your ancillary muscles get from a sedentary lifestyle
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is also a really good full body workout

Only 27 but I exercise daily and have had no issue except for my wrists which is a hereditary thing from my moms side.
