Edit: it is a super nice ankle brace
Until Mariah attacked and she went down I was 1000% in the ankle monitor category especially since she seemed to be purposely trying to hide it from the camera's view, but once she was down and we got a little closer of a look it looked like a small ankle brace and a shoe on top to me.

They didn't have to make that ankle brace look like you're a trouble maker, but they did anyway
Knew she'd get the babyface-(semi)-return-pop so they had to make her into a bad girl.
