They pay a barista $15.42 an hour.
A 3,500x difference in salary is ridiculous.
He's also a union buster.
My last job laid me off when I wanted a raise. They got butt hurt when I suggested the owner fly business class instead of renting a Learjet a few times per month.
You should have suggested that he rents a super yacht.
